What is data implementation?

To put it simply, data implementation is the process of collecting and using your organization’s data to become more efficient, profitable, and successful. 

By creating a founding structure for your data (including organized reports), your organization saves time, money and effort, which benefit your company permanently throughout its future.

In many organizations, there is a lot of ‘undiscovered’ and/or underutilized data that can help the company grow and succeed. Our goal, here at OWLLytics, is to help your organization use your data to its maximum potential.

Who needs data implementation?

How can data implementation help MY business?

The purpose of data implementation is to give your organization a clearer understanding of its needs, products, services, customers or other aspects of business operations, with an end goal of using this information to be a more profitable and successful organization.

The first step in data implementation is to identify and collect any existing data, and to determine what additional data is needed to accomplish the specific goals of your business or organization.

Next, we work towards setting up your data collection and storage system, including installing any necessary database software (for existing and new data collection), and creating set processes to examine and test your company’s data.

There are various steps to data implementation which include configuring and customizing data collection, running and testing data, streamlining and integrating applications to make data collection faster, easier and more efficient, and even training organization members to manage their data. 

Once this process is complete, you will be able to determine clear, specific actions to drive your organization forward towards success. This is called data-driven decision making, and can be used to improve almost every area of your business.
