What is Goal Identification?
Goal identification is the process of analyzing an organization’s main goals and ideal outcomes, and using that information to establish the core elements of success.
In other words, goal identification clarifies your organization’s purpose, passion, and intentions to provide a framework that can be used to make decisions, improve and grow as the business evolves over time.
In many organizations, an initial idea of success helps drive the business forward. But as the business grows, decisions become more difficult and the original vision for the business can sometimes become lost.
