***UPDATED for 2021***

Do you dread planning your business’ social media posts as much as I do?

Let’s get real for a moment. Planning social media takes HOURS. You have to PAY for multiple accounts with most schedulers- or, if you’re on a budget or just starting out, you might even find yourself using multiple platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc) to bounce between all of your social media accounts without forking over cash every single month.

Introducing a quick solution: My EASY Social Media Post Schedule in Google Sheets Template

It’s a new year and nothing is better than having a new calendar!  And what better calendar to have then a FREE social media marketing planner that includes ALL of your accounts?

This social media planner is a great way to plan out your whole year of social media marketing (or just do a month, or a week, it’s up to you!).

It is made in Google sheets, so it will be easy to edit and saves automatically.  All you need to do is make a copy to your drive and personalize with YOUR social media accounts.

(The FREE download link is below, don’t miss it!)

How to use the Social Media Planner Spreadsheet:

1. Download the file (below).

2. Click on File and select Add To My Drive

3. Change, add, or adjust any of the rows to fit your needs, with the social media platforms you use.

4. In the CONTENT box, type what you want your post to say. Include links, hashtags, etc.

(Tip: Once you click the content box, enter the wording in the text area box at the top of the page, not directly in the box itself.)

5. In the IMAGE LINK box, you can either type in where you saved your image (if you have an image, of course), OR upload your images into Google Drive to have them all in one easy spot!

If using Google Drive to hold your images, just right-click the image and select ‘Get sharable link.’ Post this link into the IMAGE LINK box, and you’ll have instant access when it’s time to post!

6. In the TIME box, just enter the time you’d like to post.

To REALLY make things easy, set a reminder on your phone to remember what time you want to post.

7. When the time comes, just open the spreadsheet, COPY the content box, and paste it into your social media post, attach the image (optional) and post!

Easy peasy (and best of all, FREE).

Please feel free to use this spreadsheet any way you want.  Just make sure you copy it to your drive to be able to make changes.
